Join us on Friday night, January 5th beginning at 6:00 for our celebration of the Feast of the Epiphany of our Lord.

The Feast of the Epiphany takes place at the end of the 12 Days of Christmas and commemorates the visit of the Magi to the Christ-child. The church has always seen in this event Christ's first revelation of himself as God incarnate to the Gentiles. The season of Epiphany follows, which lasts until the beginning of Lent, and focuses us liturgically on Christ's revelation of himself as our Lord and Savior throughout his Baptism, miracles, and ministry.

Our celebration begins with the local parish tradition of a Festival of Lights, which is a service of readings, hymns, and candles written by one of our own parishioners some years ago. The festival will conclude with a Sung Vigil Mass.
